Ya Maalem is not one person doing everything. You send a photo and what happened, we work out what the job needs, and we send a vetted plumber and a vetted electrician, each doing their own trade, in the right order: the electrician isolates the power, the plumber fixes, the electrician reconnects. One price agreed up front and one number to deal with.

If water is near electricity, switch off the main breaker and close the main water valve. Do not walk barefoot on a wet floor near appliances.
